The effort of our ability to feed the world
An issue that arouses more and more these days consists of the resources required for livestock to provide meat, dairy and eggs, and the pressure on our oceans the overfishing, and the question arises whether the practice of eating meat and fish is sustainable in the long term. How the world can no longer support the population?
Time for a disclaimer – I'm not vegetarian, but I was trying to limit my consumption of meat and fish to a moderate amount and focus on grain Whole fruits and vegetables to my diet. However, cheese is the only area to have more difficulties. Many times I thought I could live without meat, and possibly eggs, but leave the cheese is not something I considered. (The Magic of bread, cheese and wine is too much for me to sacrifice.)
But I often meet people who are vegans, especially here in Southern California, and the truth is that my son-in-law is vegetarian, so it is natural that I curious to know what you mean. Removing Vegan Action Site:
A vegan (pronounced VEE-gun) is someone who, for various reasons, chose to avoid using or consuming animal products. While vegetarians choose not to use food meat, vegans also avoid dairy and eggs, and skin leather, wool, down and cosmetics or chemical products tested on animals.
Veganism, the natural extension of vegetarianism is an integral component of a cruelty-free lifestyle. Vegan living has many advantages for live animals, environment environment and our own health through Healthy Eating and life.
My assumption has always been the choice was made to Go Vegan for health reasons, reducing the probability of disease, or respect for animals, saying it is not necessary to kill animals for food. Although it has been proven to be suitable for vegans I've met, Another reason mentioned most frequently in recent years is sustainable.
The price of meat consumption
What is clear from reading about the process of raising animals for meat foods (milk, eggs) is the level of pressure placed on these practices in the middle environment. The amount of land required, the intensive use of water and the volume of food to be grown all take their toll on the planet.

Is this a healthy daily diet to Lose Weight?

Is this more of my time to walk 45 minutes a day, help me do?
