How I sold my house in days Buford, Georgia and how you can sell your house Too Fast!

Everyone has heard the news about the state ongoing deterioration of the economy, the severe credit crunch and housing market in decline. Fox, CNN, MSNBC, catches and other new president even us remember our daily pain. People's fears and perceptions do not become reality. To make matters worse, many tenants finally raided the house when they go to make it more difficult and expensive to sell. If there is a list of his house with an agent, your property probably depend on the market for a long, long wait to sell as buyers seem to have disappeared as if by magic. Even if the house is sold only last one day at a very low price in order to sell, the owner must pay a real estate commission and 6% for most of the closing costs. I called an agent of an authority local, apparently reputable estate agent and made an appointment for an officer out to see me. The officer looked like he knew what really excited speech and to sell my home quickly. The agent put the house in MLS, put a sign in the yard with a dozen ads information in the box and disappeared never to be seen. She not only refused to return my calls, but has no notable advertising, no open houses, without projections, no flyers, no more! Six months later, still had no buyers, and apparently no agent. I ended up hiring more with 2 officers the same dismal result. Meanwhile, no, my home in Buford, Georgia has only decreased in value because they are sold for no price list, which had been reduced several times, but also because of all the other houses and registered mortgages on the market in my area of Buford. At this point, I was even more ideas and pray for a solution. About this time someone at my church spoke WeBuyHouses.net.

Home-made biscuits are an ideal dessert for holiday meetings, birthdays and school functions for their children, but have to be the same day that makes a million other things like work a full time job, or cleaning your home can be challenging for a busy mom! Fortunately, many recipes for cookies can be seen as "move forward", ie make the dough ahead and freeze all or in part, for future use. With the cookie dough you have made previously frozen, spend less time in the kitchen, clean, and have delicious Homemade Cookies to give to guests (or send them to school) in a wink. Here are some guidelines for freezing bring witnesses.

Flash freezing

Yes, there is a method for cookie dough frozen! Simply put cookie dough in a plastic container and throw it in the freezer work but I do not recommend it. What happens when you are ready to cooking, but the cookie dough is a solid block of ice? You will be expected when this huge mass of thawing! There is a better way, and is called flash freezing. for flash freezing, you will need a baking tray, a transparent film, parchment paper, cookie spoon a spoon and a gallon-sized bag labeled freezer.

Once you've mixed and cookie dough, use a tablespoon of cookie dough to pick up the ball, then place them on the cookie plate close together. A scoop of cookies and you'll save time and produce perfect dumplings perfectly formed cookies. The fingers are kept clean, and not have to deal with sticky soup! Once you have filled the tray, cover with saran wrap and place in freezer for two to three hours until partially frozen.

Label your freezer bags

While your dough cookie is freezing, the label on your bag in the freezer. Most freezer bags have a white area for labeling. If you prefer, you can use freezer tape May, available at most grocery stores. Using a marker permanent label your freezer bag with the cookie name, the date they were frozen, cooking time and all other cooking instructions specific measures, so that you do not have to search for the recipe when ready to cook.

Once your dough is partially frozen and not sticky to the touch, place the dough in the freezer bag and put it in the freezer. In flash freezing, the pre-made cookie dough from sticking together and be ready for the oven when you are.

The day when ready to cook, take the dough and place dough balls on baking sheet lined with parchment. Preheat the oven. The dough should thawed at least 30 to 45 minutes and then you're ready to cook according to instructions in the bag in the freezer.

Make Ahead Cookie

I used the freezing method in Flash for many Cookie Recipes and have had fantastic results. These include cookie recipes: ginger snaps wholesale, brownies cookies, crackers, macadamia nuts, oatmeal cookies, chocolate crackles butter chip cookies peanut butter kiss peanut, Snickerdoodles, and everyone's favorite, Chocolate Chip cookies.

If you could live, but never love, life would be worth living?

We've all experienced love at some level that is his family, friends, children, pizza, running, a good book, cookies, etc. and may be willing to live without feeling or emotion that give love? If yes or no, why?

No, because for me, nothing in life worth anything unless you have someone to share. No reason to go through the motions of obtaining a diploma to get a better job to get a better place to live is that my family can enjoy with me. Of course, individual accomplishments are great, but to me they are steps that finding a comfortable life, I'd like to share with someone I love. In the end, no matter what happens to the lifestyle, always going to be with someone I love, and because I love me the quality of life to be as good as it could. Without this, without the idea of love and passion and someone to share things, what is the point where nothing in the life? So I guess I mean, I could not and would not be willing to live without love, because for me it is all in all else, what motivates me. Not loving stupid "makes the world go 'shit, but real love, none of this silly red hearts Valentine's Day or Lovey Dovey, litter, only the company good, honest, undilulted without advertising, free love.
