I need a main course for 11 people is not too hard and not too expensive.?

Catholics: Do you eat beef and chicken soup on Friday during Lent?
Hello Catholics visiting this site, I tried only a Recipe Book to try to think what to do tonight and I thought the soup. Then it occurred to me that I'm not sure it would be good to have chicken or meat on Friday because of Lent. This is not really meat, and I'm still fasting. What do you think guys?
