One of my favorite authors, William James, said: "It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, More Than anything else, will determine its success. "Especially because I've always known it's true. Having a positive attitude in life is a mission for something I do to make my life better.
There have been few studies recently about how people have affected the attitude they have lived in advanced old age and the results are simply extraordinary. Most studies have been conducted in people who had been identified quickly realized that a positive mental attitude was worth the long term. This is not something that "picked up" in a bad situation, which is not a bad thing if you pass a negative attitude for good. It's a bit like faith really. Once you realize the intrinsic value of what faith can do for you, you may have and will have a better quality of life, I think.
These studies showed clearly established that people who threw himself the attitude that no matter what, they were determined to see the situation in a positive spirit, but more often than not, has a positive outcome to your situation.
Make no mistake, this is not a "Pie in the Sky attitude that denies serious situations, but is a better approach to the idea that property" Nothing happens me "approach.
My grandmother had an old wooden sign that hung on the wall in the kitchen for as long as I remember saying: "Once complained that he had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet. "Now, images of a child from a man without feet, has never been so comfortable as I remember the first reading, but the meaning of my past, has never lost to me.
The whole act of recognition is a vital aspect of life with a mindset positive. Look, if there is nothing inside you that may be grateful for any game of your life, then perhaps it is not possible for you to have a positive attitude in life. No I dare say that the case, however.
Look around and find someone else to share with you and will give an impetus to have a positive attitude. If you find that man with no feet "and can still consider himself in a better light, then shame on you.
Do it for yourself. My grandmother proud.
