Red Lobster Crab Alfredo – The Ingredients:
- Linguini 1 / 2 pound
- 1 / 2 pound of snow crab
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups half and half or heavy cream
- 1 / Parmesan cheese 2 cups
- 1 / 2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Red Lobster Crab Alfredo – The process:
- Cook the linguine according to package directions.
- In a saucepan medium heat, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour until the mixture has a "Sandy" Appearance. "No change colors.
- After 45 to 60 seconds, whisk in half of half. Mix until it forms a thick sauce.
- Add the Parmesan and season to taste.
- Reduce heat. Add the crabmeat. Simmer until the crab is hot.
- Divide linguine into two bowls and pour even amount of sauce in the top.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Enjoy!
