Ok! I am looking for a kosher cookbook Mediterranean diet?
Already published in the health forum, but are not kosher. Do you know of a good kosher cookbook Mediterranean diet can recommend? Thanx. Happy 4th of July and Shabbat Shalom, y'all! Chubby, lol! I weigh 136 pounds and am 5'9 ". Cookbooks in the Amazon are not kosher. It's "Viola" Carla? If so, I'm confused. You are an Arab Jew? Explain yourself! You too distracted me now, lol! Educate me. WOW, I do not there is a fight over cookbooks, lol! Thanks to all the different ideas. I'm tempted to let fate choose the final answer here and take the Easy Way …! Both provide answers to the Mediterranean food, but this is not the Mediterranean diet I'm looking for. There is a distinction.
Why Kosher? Any cookbook will do as long as this is not the milk mixture into the flesh of most dishes. I blog. I know of Mediterranean cookbooks, but perhaps not a contact.
