Hollandaise sauce is good dew on the Chicken Cordon Bleu?

I'm laying chicken cordon bleu for dinner, and I wondered if the sauce Netherlands would be nice to drizzle on top of the chicken after cooking. I know that is generally used with fish, eggs and vegetables, but has a slight lemon flavor, Would it be good in the chicken? Hey Chuck – try to answer the question.
