Hollandaise sauce is good dew on the Chicken Cordon Bleu?
I'm laying chicken cordon bleu for dinner, and I wondered if the sauce Netherlands would be nice to drizzle on top of the chicken after cooking. I know that is generally used with fish, eggs and vegetables, but has a slight lemon flavor, Would it be good in the chicken? Hey Chuck – try to answer the question. I need your opinion to be a vegetarian, thats not what I ordered. Its people like you who ruin this place. Thanks for all the honest answers. I need help with this, so I asked. I would use restraint and a bowl in the same way that people can add more if desired. Do not admit to not be the first time making it that way. Let everyone knows who has always been a hit with customers if requested. Good luck! '-)
