When I use the stoneware and when should I use metal pans?
I have both the Pampered Chef, but there should be a guide to the Best Chefs in sandstone and cook better on a sheet of metal.
I think pots were introduced into the line as an alternative to lighter sandstone. Do not use sheet pans, but says it should cook about the same as the porcelain tiles – that are simply more light to exit the oven. I think the main criteria would be the size and shape and quantity of food you're cooking and you need the deepest parts of the sandstone. Surprisingly, many people do not realize that the stone sandstone can be used in the microwave, so it is a case where you would use the stone in the metal. Personally, I think that basically covered Baker is the best piece of stone sandstone may have in the summer. He can cook 5 pounds of chicken in the microwave oven in 45 minutes without heating the kitchen.
