Death by chocolate, chocolate truffles with red fruit coulis Loaf is easy to do, but get comments like, "You want to kill me or what? I Share this Favorite Recipe with you only if you promise not to yell at me.

Some die by the sword, some of the broken heart. The French call upon supreme pleasure "Little Death" – the little death.

I prefer my death on stage, served in a pleasant part of artery-clogging fat with flavor of cocoa, decorated with more fat, sugar and fruit. This is the kind of dessert you eat before you decide to follow a strict diet.

Be warned. If you do this dessert, people will eat, but you first abuse. I gave it to the parties. Every time I do, I have pain.

"Nobody forces you to eat," I reply.

"Whadaya, you fool? Of course I'm eating. Curse you, added, while the breathable fabric.

This is a variation of an old recipe given to me by my friend Erika. I have no idea of its origin. Make Your own risk:

Death by Chocolate

2 cups heavy cream
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 8 oz package chocolate half-cooked fresh
1 package 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 / 2 cup light corn syrup
1 / 2 cup margarine (or butter if you're a masochist)
1 / Suger 4 Cup Confectioner
1 tsp. vanilla
Cocoa powder for garnish

Berry Coulis

1 10-oz package of frozen fruit (I prefer raspberries, cherries and strawberries work well)
Syrup 1 / 3 cup light corn
1 / 2 cup of your favorite hut (optional, but is considered a criminal offense in 40 states and most countries allow open)

A death:

A line of white bread with plastic wrap, sprinkle cocoa little powder on the bottom, and set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream 1 / 2 cup egg yolks.

Stir in chocolate and corn syrup margarine over medium heat in a 3-pan melt. Add the egg mixture and cream. Stirring constantly, cook 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

Caution: Do not let this mixture too hot or cooked eggs, and you get something like Chocolate Scrambled Eggs – not a bad thing, but not what he wants.

Now: Bata the remaining cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form formation. Fold in cooled until the Fat Free chocolate streaks remain. Pour into loaf pan. Chill. Want to say, still not cool, so calm. Lick the spoon for now. For dessert, you have to stay overnight in the refrigerator or freezer for 3 hours to harden. Reprise, remove the plastic wrap, sprinkle with more cocoa powder. Serve in 1/2-inch thick slices with red fruit coulis (optional) sugar-free cream on the face. To 12 people, if it is shared.

Prepare the chutney:

Thaw fruit. In a blender, puree 1 / 2, the fruit and strain if desired. A low heat, add corn syrup, the remaining fruit, and alcohol (I used the friction brandy, Grand Marnier, the wine for you), until the flavors and MELD. Spoon a little coulis dessert plates before putting the death bracket at the top, then sprinkle with increasingly hot or cold.
