I want a cookbook that has recipes for cooking for More Than 50 people?
I need a Recipe Book to help me to cook for large events with 50 to 150 people. DO NOT want is recipes like: dump of 10 cans of Campbell's soup in a pot. I am seeking a certain type of food Cookbook Home. All suggestions appreciated. Thank you!
You do not have much choice. You can try to find a book called "Food for fifty" or Maker "menu Wenzel. Apart from these two books, cookbooks or a professional leader, the only other suggestion I can offer is the revenue-sharing a home-cook-book style and multiply to 50 or higher.
