What family recipe you have for Homemade Cookies / brownies?
I am looking for the house of a witness is useful and / or brownie I serve our family and use it for several days. There are only three living in our house now. I appreciate your help in this case.
This recipe from Barefoot Contessa is the best I've had. Sooo wet. And it will be released by the coffee in it. It is not the mocha flavor, but increases coffee chocolate. I spend a powder and nuts to replace the coffee powder stronger espresso taste. Outrageous Brownies 1 pound unsalted butter 1 pounds more 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips, divided 6 oz unsweetened chocolate 6 extra large eggs 3 tablespoons instant coffee powder 2 tablespoons real vanilla extract 2 1 / 4 cups sugar 1 1 / 4 cups flour, divided (1 cup of pasta and 1 / 4 cup chips and nuts) 1 tablespoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 3 cups of tea walnut pieces, diced Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fat and flour 13 by 18 for 1 sheet 1/2-inch skillet. Melt the butter, 1 pound chocolate and dark chocolate shavings on top of a double boiler. Allow to cool a little. Mix the eggs, instant coffee, vanilla and sugar. Add chocolate mixture and allow to cool to room temperature hot. Mix 1 cup flour, powder baking soda and salt. Add to cooled chocolate mixture. Mix nuts and 12 oz chocolate chips 1 / 4 cup flour to coat. Then add the chocolate. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until tester just comes out clean. Halfway through the baking, rap the pan against the oven shelf to allow air escaping from the stove and the brownie dough. Do not burn! Cool completely, refrigerate well and cut into squares.
