What are the best foods and sipliest no / low carb / snacks?
I am looking for a little practice snack (ie cheap and easy), no carbohydrates and low in carbohydrates and food choices. Comments?
Here are some ideas: a small piece of ham rolled around Cream Cheese or regular cheese. Peanut butter (not too!) Or cream cheese on celery. Tuna salad with boiled egg, chopped celery, pickles dill, chopped green onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Tortilla filled with your choice of cream cheese, other cheese, onion, bacon, ham, meat tacos, onion, sausage, etc. To add a little flavor, serve with a little taco sauce or spaghetti sauce. Do not be afraid to play with some herbs and spices. Tossed Salad (I prefer mixtures of Italy) with assorted cheese and sliced meat, cheese and feta. You can add olives, celery, boiled eggs, chopped walnuts or pecans, and all without the carbohydrates. I would like to make a bandage on a tablespoon of ranch dressing, Olive Oil, vinegar basalmic little salt, pepper and a little anchovy paste and pour over salad. Use your imagination with the salads. Add the cooked vegetables and meat fried in sesame oil. I want peanut sauce can buy the bottles. Just before the food is cooked, add some peanut sauce and a little soy sauce to skillet and warm. Eat quickly.
